The rat doesn’t want to treat her little rat body like a machine, only valued when performing optimal outputs. She wants to nurture her body & embrace the magic in her cells working together to create movement. Her teeny tiny furry body is the home for her soul; her spirit; her joy. She will keep moving, will cheer on the other rats, will laugh & cry & celebrate as they move through the scenic course together. The rat will enjoy the run.
